Orthodontic Assistance Program
At Smiling BIG Foundation, Inc., we believe every child deserves the confidence that comes
with a healthy, beautiful smile.
Our Orthodontic Assistance Program provides financial support to qualifying families who
cannot afford necessary orthodontic treatment for their child.
This mission is personal. Our founder once needed braces but could not afford them. Today, we
exist to change that story for other children.
Who We Serve
We currently serve children who:
Are between the ages of 10-21.
Demonstrate financial need.
Have received a treatment plan from a licensed orthodontist.
Reside in the United States.
What We Provide
Depending on available funding, Smiling BIG Foundation:
Covers full orthodontic treatment costs.
Treatment already in progress. – Partial coverage due to unexpected financial hardship.
Partner with participating orthodontic offices to reduce treatment fees.
Payments are made directly to the orthodontic office.
Funds are not distributed directly to families.
How to apply
To apply, please submit:
1. Completed online application form.
2. Proof of household income.
3. Orthodontic treatment plan and cost estimate.
4. Short personal statement (300 words or less).
Applications are reviewed confidentially by our Board of Directors.
Review Timeline
Applications are reviewed within 30-90 days.
